What do you need help with?

Common questions

I paid, but Premium is not active. What should I do?

Allow up to 10–15 minutes after payment, then refresh Gradify and check you are signed in to the correct account. If access is still missing, email the subscription contact with your Gradify account email, payment email, payment date and receipt reference. Do not pay again just to unlock access.

Check Premium status
How much does Premium cost?

The standard Gradify Premium plan is £6.99 per month, with a 3-day free trial currently advertised. Ultimate Premium is £12.99 per month. Review the selected plan, trial eligibility and renewal details at checkout before confirming.

How do I cancel my subscription or trial?

Sign in and open Premium, then choose Cancel Subscription and confirm. Check the cancellation confirmation and end date shown. For a paid billing period, access continues until its end. To avoid a trial renewal charge, cancel before the trial ends. If the button is unavailable or fails, email the subscription contact from your account/payment email, include both addresses if they differ, and request confirmation.

Manage subscription
What if I have an unexpected charge or want to request a refund?

Email the subscription contact with the payment date, amount, receipt reference, account email and payment email. Explain the issue so the Gradify team can review it. Never send your full card number, security code or banking login. A refund request is separate from cancelling future renewals.

I cannot sign in to my account.

Use the same email address and sign-in method you used when joining. If you use email and password, use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen when available and check your spam folder. For a connected account, recover access through that provider. If you are still stuck, email Gradify support with the error message—never your password or verification code.

Why am I not receiving alerts?

Check your spam/junk folder, review your notification settings and save any changes. Check that your alert preferences and tracked opportunities are correct. If an expected alert is missing, include the opportunity name and date when contacting support. Always confirm deadlines directly with the provider.

Review alert preferences
An opportunity link is broken or its details are incorrect.

Send a bug report with the company or university name, opportunity title, page link and what needs correcting. Applications, eligibility and final deadlines are controlled by the employer, university or event organiser; contact them directly about an application decision.

Report an opportunity
A page or tool is not working.

Save any work first, then refresh and try an up-to-date browser. If the issue continues, report the page, what you clicked, what you expected, the error message and your device/browser. Attach a screenshot by email if helpful, with sensitive information hidden.

Report a technical problem
How can I request account deletion or access to my data?

Email the general support and privacy contact from your account email, explaining whether you want access, correction or deletion. Read the Privacy Policy for details of your rights. Manage any paid subscription separately and ask for confirmation of cancellation.

Where can schools, parents and partners get help?

Use the general enquiries email and include your school or organisation name where relevant. Parents or guardians can use the same contact for account or privacy concerns. Avoid sending student records or other unnecessary personal information.
