Safeguarding & data safety
Your students' safety and privacy come first. Here's exactly what stays protected when your school joins Gradify.
Encrypted & secure
All student data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only your school's designated admin can access it.
Admin-controlled access
You choose the school admin who manages student accounts. Access can be revoked instantly at any time.
Never shared
We never sell or share student information with third parties. No ads, no data brokers — ever.
GDPR & UK compliant
Gradify follows UK data protection law. You can request a full data export or deletion at any time.
Safeguarding-first
A safe, age-appropriate environment for sixth-form students. No public messaging from outside the school.
Nothing will happen
Students are never contacted without your school's knowledge. You stay in full control of everything.
